Bacon & Cheddar Quiche
This is a great recipe to change up the way you like; you can change the protein, cheese, and add veggies also. Make each quiche different, one with protein and the other with cooked broccoli.

- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/8 teaspoon red cayenne pepper
- 2 deep dish frozen pie crusts
- 8 once cheddar cheese or whatever cheese you have or prefer
- 1 lb. cooked and crumbled bacon can use sausage or veggies (cooked)
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl with a wire whisk or a hand mixer.
Divide the cheese and bacon between the 2 pies crusts and layer into the crusts.
Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and bacon.
Bake for 10 minutes in a pre-heated 425-degree oven, then turn down to 350 degrees and bake another 40 minutes or until firm and crust is golden.
